The Second Amendment and the Right to Bear Arms
The court struck down that part of states to have that subjective component of a licensing regime. But when it came to the second amendment, you had these states essentially doing that in relation to right to bear arms. So over and over and above, fairly burdensome a requirements to get it objectively, then the state can still say, this isn't for you and for for fundamental rights.
