NATO's Fig Leaf Masking US Military Intervention
The United States spends about $900 billion officially on so-called defense. All of the rest of the NATO powers combined spend about $300 billion. So obviously, NATO is basically functioning as a fig leaf for US military intervention. It's nothing to Zelensky if more Ukrainians die or more Russians die because the fact of the matter is Zelensky has this prime spot.
