FTX - Is This a Fraud?
Sam Alameda was arrested for allegedly embezzling money from his company, FTX. He has been sentenced to 120 years in prison but could face a much higher sentence if he is found guilty of other charges. The CFTC said that the bankman freed operation was a fraud quote unquote "from the start" and didn't mention Bitcoin or Tether as part of their statement.
