The New York City Caucus' Statement of Principles

The caucus in this iteration is deeply different from the iterations of when it was founded. We've really focused on creating a camaraderie within the caucus and we want to see our members succeed. There's going to be a slightly different city council next year, but most of the council will likely be back in its current form. The ban on solitary confinement and suit jails and the fair chance for housing are at the top of your policy agenda.
