The understanding is really around some of the drivers that we would think of for lots of different conditions. So inflammation and immune health and cardiovascular health, blood sugar balance, environmental risks have a lot to do with it. But I also use something called the hallmarks of cancer which come from standard medicine. And just around 40 in drivers that are considered to lead to the development of tumors or the micro environment that the tumor grows in.
