The closest thing I came to moment of, whoa, I'm doing better is actually when my brain became properly renourished. Of course, everyone has a different experience when it comes to that. It's very, very common to be very ambivalent with anorexia and recovery can be both your biggest fear and your biggest goal at the same time.
