Soi assumed that the greatest barrierto, what i call daring leadership, or creativecourage, courageous leadership, was fear. But as a daring leader, mat you're aware of your armor, andou you choose to be vulnerable and show up and take it off - even though it's really seductive to put it on. So how do we start to step into vulnerability, or rumble with unerability? The answer is pretty counter intuitive. We've got to have braver people and braver cultures. If we don't have courageous people leading, we're not going to make it.
