The Future of Integration Diligence

In the next one to two years, integration diligence is going to evolve into another discipline that people will think about. I've started to see this in a little bit of a pattern that's emerging from good acquirers. The common mistake people try to make is that trying to pull all these levers together and not sequence them well enough. And sales incentives have to be tweaked in the direction of the momentum you get.
