There weren't a ton of dependencies and things that nature and processes in place that we're going to be too arduous for me to take over from an ownership standpoint. So I actually hired a GM to handle DINITY operations for me. The business model itself was very simplistic. It's these processes are very simple and you can hire people to do these relatively quickly.
