The founder and his wife has decided to give their shares to a foundation that would retain the current long-term strategic direction of the company. The new owners may want to liquidate the portfolio or increase the dividend payments. If it was trading lower around 60 days, from now until it's been published, I'm probably going to take a position. But just so everyone knows, unless there's some sort of opportunity cost and other stocks are more appealing...I might not buy at 60 days, there's a corona, but it would be very appealing around that price.
