The Power of Recognizing When We Need to Take a Break

I was desperately craving just some time away from the pressure and I think with ADHD we put so much pressure on ourselves, so much inner pressure and then we've got all the external pressure as well. It's exhausting keeping a top of making sure that we are looking after ourselves from a holistic perspective. To holistically manage ADHD, I sometimes think is a full time job. We've got to remember to be grounded. But also are we taking the right supplements? Are we taking breaks? Are we breathing? And it's constantly being mindful and present.
