How to Calculate a Trigger Dose

A trigger dose only has to double the oxalate levels in your urine, which is about an ounce and a half of chocolate. Once that happens, then you can start accumulating the way I understand it through more of a maintenance dose. There's so little science, this is based on doing studies with rats. It really isn't that ethical to give someone a trigger dose and then biopsy their tissues or whatever. No, you need to like then dissect you in different parts and see where the oxite is.
