Gloria Borger: One reason I'm skeptical of degrowth is that economic growth allows people to have more resources to solve things. So the way growth would have to be bad is that it's the externalities that producers are so big and so catastrophic, they can't be mitigated with the growth. She says we're not going to reach an equilibrium where people are thinking about this for hundreds of years or anything like that.
