"I feel a lot more responsibility for it than maybe if I was just kind of playing a support supporting role," he says. "The fact that my superiors at the time trusted me enough to basically fully manage something on my own or, you know, take something and try to make it work also definitely made me want to work harder" It could be a lesson for junior developers looking to increase their skills, as well as senior developers who don't let them run with what they're doing.
