How to Find a Good Property in Your Region

Do you think that people should go out and visit the property, or see it in person before they close on it? Do you feel like you can just rely on the data alone? I would not recommend anyone not put eyes on a property. Nothing gets realtors. They're going to be the ones who answer some of those in-person questions. And then, you know, I would put the property under contract, especially if it's in another state, and then go check it out, my opinion.
