Chris: I don't actually want to work hard right if you could get all of the results you're getting in the gym right now in one minute would you want to be able to do that? Chris: The laziness principle is it's instead of feeling guilt and shame because your coaches, parents or teachers everyone's like don't be lazy dude. It's an inherent part of us so instead of being guilty about our core nature we can say all right I recognize that I managed against it.
