Start with 30 to 60 seconds of open eyed tratica, then close your eyes and do that. And eventually, what you want to do is try to extend the amount that your eyes are open. So if i can hold my eyes open for 90 seconds, nd that i keep my eyes closed for like, another 90 seconds, or two minutes, or five minutes, that's fine. Then overtime, you want to work your way up to 20 minutes of total practice.
