When you try to push a new approach to anything your company I call this phase of hidden rejection. You spot people that are when you and people are against you Then you understand that you may add you may be in a phase of either rejection or acceptance. So at that point after the meeting we go I developed a technique to Identify what I call the co-conspirators the people that are willing to bet on the new culture.
