i've been teaching a cosmology course for advanced undergraduates tat you see, san diego since two thousand and six i can't believe it. By far the only book i've ever used, despite all the other options, is barbara ryden's text book. It's perhaps the most widely read book written by a female physicist,. astro physicist in her case, that we use as a text book. And so i just thought it would be a treat to have Barbara on the show. She's hilarious, she is mesmerizing intellectual, and she has thisa mercurial, delightful way of of looking at the universe.
