The Importance of Solidarity in a Union Campaign

A lot of union like statistic well actually I don't have the numbers so I'm not going to actually say that but a lot of union campaigns don't work and you know sometimes it's because something bad happens sometimes. A lot of things that can be a downfall in a union in the case of McDonald's our main downfall. There was a lot of you know little things we did wrong that didn't help at all that definitely just made matters worse in the end. The straw that broke the camel's back was not being able to get enough people on board with what they were trying to do.
