Green Card Holders

The idea that it is acceptable and even a good idea to prevent people whose home is in the US from coming back here makes sense if you define Americans as strictly American citizens, particularly native foreign citizens. Green card holders have co-workers and bosses and landlords and spouses and all kinds of other... A lot of people work at Google have green cards. Well, just connections to mainstream American society, right? They are fully integrated members. And so it's going to be interesting to see after green card holders have been exempted, how much of that will change.
