Automated Map Quests
i had a great automation problem with map quest back in two thousand three. I didn't have, you know, we didn't have a smart phone. There was no way to look. Chapter two is all about how a cognitive biases creep into our lives. And i use the flint water crisis as an example of how people see what they want to see and that can have really harmful consequences when you're making policy decisions.
