I don't feel like I'm particularly disciplined, but maybe that's maybe from the outside. It seems like I am. One thing that I really try to do is take kind of an engineering approach to to problems. And then once I have solved it, I'll usually take steps to make sure that that problem never happens again. If you're not watching someone else using your software, you're really just guessing. And it's completely surprising every time I watch someone use the software, I learn something every time. and that's just incredibly valuable.
