The Importance of Community Development in the Colorado River Basin
The idea is that, okay, well, you are doing that in context of this greater property holding. And so really people, the ideas, there is not micromanagement. You're practicing your, your autonomy without harming the person downstream, for example. The Colorado River Basin is a watershed, and is its own bioregional, absolutely. That's just a scale of organization. Same thing on more of the tributary side of things: smaller watersheds is also more of like the local organizing scale.
