CHAPTER

Freeman Dyson Wins the Robert a Heinlein Memorial Award

Freeman Dyson won the prestigious Robert A Heinlein Memorial Award last week. He will be celebrated at a ceremony in Los Angeles on May 24th through May 27th. In his acceptance speech he says that science fiction has been important still is important for getting kids interested in science and for getting the public interested in supporting science. Also promotes something called the Noah's Ark egg which is a vehicle for getting embryos into space very cheaply so I think it might in fact have a important part of our future means the important thing is not humans going into space but life as a whole.
