What Can We Do to Strengthen the Institutions of Democracy?

There are a couple of laws that have to do with, the i forget the name of the election count act im. And there's been various writing about it that is been pretty good. But when you say it's a bit overstated, as i've been saying to night, you're accused of like, you know, being a magaf apologist, or not taking the stuff seriously. What i am doing, and what nobody else seems to be doing, is pointing out that this is a purely political poy. This is about winning elections.
