Is Texas Busing Immigrants to the Southern Border?

Texas has been busing immigrants to Chicago, New York and D.C. Is this helping with their so-called immigration crisis? Well, it certainly doesn't reduce the number of people entering the state of Texas. So it's just another ploy by Texas to bring attention to the immigration issue.
