The abolition of man is a purely philosophical work. Lewis doesn't get into questions of specific revelation. He's working purely on grounds of general revelation through the use of logic and reason, observation and anthropological philosophy. The fact that it has caught the interest of people like John Gray and many other thinkers who are not share as in Lewis' Christianity is a testimony to the value of this book.
