How to Maintain a Culture of Collaborative Change

Change can be very personal. No amount of rationalizing a better timeline, a better way of doing something will like overcome that very human aspect of feeling threatened by change. And as long as you're too afraid of upsetting that apple cart and changing what gets done, how it gets done and who you do it for until you're willing to disrupt that, you won't get to a better place. You should never stop growing. Figure out a vision and then start taking baby steps in that direction. Would love to see any advice from you coming down Wednesday if you have one.
