I had 150,000 of equity that I could either just like, let's sit in that property or I could follow Rich Dad Poor Dad and do something with it. So I took the Tpanga money and came in as an equal partner in Tpanga, our investment property there. Front house is going to be a high end rental that will completely pay for the mortgage right away. Bam. That's how I get to buy our Sprinter now. Everything has to be paying for something in our life.
