Introduction

Adam aranov is a doctoral candidate focusing on medical anthropology and cultural psychiatry. He spent five years living in the peruvian Amazon, working in retreats and facilitating workshops. His research led him to question some underlying assumptions of contemporary western approach to receiving indigenous healing from plant medicine.
