Y's Letter to Pliny

Pliny wrote to Emperor Y complaining about the number of christians being brought before him. Local merchants who sold sacrificial meat were accused of selling it tainted. Pliny was almost feeling bad that he had to round up so many locals. As a good roman he has no interest in overstepping the boundaries of justice. He doesn't want to kill people.
