When i set up my company exploration, i was convinced that what we needed was more positive advocacy and positive exemplars. And after 11 years of working with great teams, I came to the conclusion that that was never going to be enough. So there was no point me just ad o banging my head against the water in to c more exemplars - only a system's change is going to deliver what we need. The idea emerged mainly because steve's practice had recently won the sterling prize, which is one of the highest prizesor architects in the u.K. It has spread to 28 countries, and we've got over seven thousand companies signed up to this declaration of action.
