Is It the Voter's Fault That We're in This Position?
CNN's John Sutter asks how much of polarization is down to voters. He says the answer may be a lot, but there are ways to try and figure it out. One way would be to look at who was elected in each district for 30 years or whatever. The other thing he suggests is that more moderate candidates might have been elected instead.
