Time to revenue ratio is a metric that could help us all design smarter systems and actually consider time as a factor in terms of earning. In the book, i pose what i callt the million dollar bureaucratic client question: Would you do it? Some people said yes; but not everybody would. There are those who have gotten through cancer diagnoses or had health scares who say 'no' no amount of money is worth me working that way because i could die half way into that year. Don't mean to be morbid, but that's true. So i think it's interesting for each of us to consider that question,. What is that number on our checkbook that would be worth sacrificing our attention
