Is God's Act of Creation Not Imperative?

There is another response to the motal collapse argument that relies on the semantic theory of reference. The term god's act of creation does not rigid y designate god, so you cannot validly infer that it is necessary. Divine simplicity explicitly says that god and his intentional act of creation are identical. So again, this reply to the moda collapse argument, as far as i can tell, is just denying the doctrine of divine simplicity.
