It makes sense to look for the same value of dynasty player relative to who you have and try to get off that guy. The hardest part of one quarterback leagues is getting proper trade value for your backup quarterback. You just, you need to make sure you are getting back exactly what you really need in a fair, fair way. It's tough to be able to get it because I traded Josh Allen away two years ago. And I traded Johanson and Brandon Dotson into Johan on this team which is not terrible but still hurts with both of those options. That's the only thing that's keeping my roster from being trash again every day.
