The Self-Governance Philosophy of Ultimate
In ultimate you have like a 10 second time span right where the defender comes to you and then because that's coming down which is another example of the self-governance aspect of ultimate. I removed all of those problems by just artificially and arbitrarily saying that for our team our style count is always six so if we are playing against another team they might stall us to 10 but in our minds the stall is six, so we have to get it off by six. That removes all of thoseblems immediately so they don't even have the opportunity to get those bad habits. The faster the disc is changing hands the more confusing it can be for the defense as they need to pay attention more
