What Does Success Look Like in the First 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days?

Pem: Did you have a conversation with your manager or liked they start it about what success looks like in the first 30 days, 60 days, 90 days? i don't think so. I think we did talk more generally about my goals. It must show that you're really conscious of adding value. And i guarantee you your manager has thought about it. If they haven't written it down as detailed us, like, 30 90, they have some ideas,. and they could go away and formalize them for you.
