Introduction
Violence in mexico is widespread, and we want to focus on those who put themselves at risk to tell the stories of what is happening. In the first few weeks of this year, five journalists have been murdered. We've been hearing the journalist stories of reporting in their country. The really extreme examples tend to make global headlines, but being able to gather accurate information is extremely difficult. It might not strike you as surprising, therefore, to hear that outside of war zone mexICO is one of the most dangerous places to be a journalist.
