How Do You Get Your People to Know You?

Diana: I started with, how do i want my people to feel? How do i want them to experience this a moment when they, you know, meet us on line? And so for me, even to this day, rather than marketing strategies, it was more about people. So i don't know if that sounds different, but in my mind it was, people come first, and let's figure u how to reach them and let the strategy support that vision.
