I think sometimes we think yoga will solve all our issues, right? Like it just magically restores your range of motion. Not really. So ideally you're working with a person, but think about mobilizations as targeted exercises to restore position that you can then use when you do yoga. And I'm glad you mentioned the door hook because a lot of people get hung up on not being able to hook it to something. Yes. Door hooks are a thing. Look up door hooks. But just adding those, having the access to those things, a floor, a table, a ball, small ball roller, could probably solve 90% of your problems. All right. Get it out.
