How Digital History Can Help Native History Students De-Culturalize a White Voice

The NSA and digital projects help de-center the white voice for a native-based project. Digital history is really beautiful, it offers the ability to present multiple perspectives or divergent perspectives on the same level as these more traditional analog accepted sources. For example, if students are writing about the San Creek massacre, which happened in Colorado, there's tons of records from the perspective of white settlers. But my students can take, for example, a video recording of a member who's a descendant from someone who's passed in that massacre.
