Is There a Bounty for Killing a Dragon?

It costs 20 billions to kill a dragon, but i'm not sure if that is what you get if you kill one. He's got just got to find the right person. If he starts going around trying to shop for dragon slaying patred, the dragons are going to hear about it. I think the dragons that just hung out in the mountains maybe didn't live to be a thousand years old. That's agod point.
