No Frills at the Language School?

If something is very basic, if there are no added luxuries or bonuses, then you can say no frills. So I bought a really cheap flight to Dublin with an Irish no frills airline. There's no baggage allowance, you have to stand up on the flight, you can't use the toilet and you have to push the plane to get it started. No frills, no frills whatsoever, very, very basic. We're not naming the company, but I wonder what company could be an Irish nofrills airline? Who could it be? I have a guess.
