Victor was known to authorities in 40 cities as the scarred due to a two and a half inch gasch along his left cheekbone. He also earned a reputation as a gentleman criminal as he never carried a gun kept his own set of 10 commandments and enjoyed mounting butterflies in his spare time. Some of Victor's first victims were first class passengers aboard the transatlantic ships many of whom had recently acquired their fortunes like on the Titanic.
