I was struck by you talking then about how you don't need these extreme moments of, I guess you could say happiness and these really high stimulus things. My question was to the role of Medi- because I feel like an addiction is linked to that and people who have addictions of infinite varieties. It feels like it must be some kind of endless craving to repeat that sense of happiness and joy. So I was sort of interested in your opinion and thoughts on the role of meditation and addiction and how they can interplay. Yeah, well, it's a huge role to play.
