How to Smell a Good Chardonnay
I like to smell the fragrance a little bit first and get a little whiff of the perfume on my nose. With the chardonnay fragrance we're smelling notes of American oak there's a little bit of like an heirloom apple this kind of upstate cat skills fresh pick apple or a sputter which is one of my favorite ingredients. On the bottom notes some toasted cedar wood and then what you can do is swirl the glass apple in this yeah it's a really crisp orchard apple wow this was so much fun I don't like it when there are rules about what you say that you're smelling in a Chardonnay if it exists if it exists true exactly
