It's all about how much it makes per month and then you're selling a multiple of that. The average these days is like 42 to 45x. So since making a thousand a month in ads and affiliate revenue, it generally sells for like, you could sell for 42, 45. Oh, wow, that's pretty cool. Yeah. And then once you do a bunch of sites that do thousands a month and then sell them, that would be cool. It's not easy, but yeah. No, that's the dream. Let's just do that. That's that works.
