When I think of an animal based protein meal 50 grams is not that difficult to hit. So now you flip that over and say like if I was going to do that from a plant based standpoint, I'm kind of juggling two things at that point. You'd want to increase if you're a plant based 25 to 35% which then of course correlates with a large increase in carbohydrates. The other way to avoid that is to hit your protein goal from a plantbased and then add in a brand chain amino acid. And again, my conclusion is the being that there are no absolutes but there's definitely a lot of valuable information out there that you can glean from.
